Here’s how you can update your email in the Uber Pro Card app:
- Open the Uber Pro Card app and go to the “Account” tab
- Tap “Profile”
- Enter your wallet passcode
- Tap the arrow icon next to your current email
- Enter your new email address
- Click the verification link sent to your updated email
- Click the verification link sent via text to your phone number
If you don't receive the verification email after updating your email address:
Confirm your new email address was entered correctly. If you notice a typo, repeat the steps above with the correct address.
Once confirmed:
- Verify you have access to the new email account and can receive messages there.
- Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders, and search your inbox for messages from "Branch."
