If you're not receiving the text verification code to authenticate an online purchase, try the following steps:

Verify your phone number

Ensure the number displayed matches the phone number on your Uber Pro Card account.

Update your phone number

If you no longer have access to the phone number on your Uber Pro Card account, follow the steps in How do I update my phone number? to update it.

Check your network connection

Make sure you have a stable network connection or are connected to Wi-Fi.

Check with your service provider

Contact your mobile provider to check for blocked numbers or spam filters that may be preventing you from receiving the (OTP) verification code.
