Ordering a new card can be done within the Uber Pro Card app at no cost to you whenever one is needed!
Common reasons to order a card:
- Your card was lost or stolen.
- Your card is damaged.
- You never received your card in the mail.
The best way to order a card is through the app:
- Navigate to the "Wallet" tab in our app.
- Tap the three dots on the top right corner of the card displayed to open the "Card Controls" menu.
- Select Order Replacement Card.
- Select the option that best applies.
- From here, you can update your address too (if needed).
Important to Note:
- If you never received your card in the mail or you are ordering your first personalized card, select the Lost Card option.
- It takes 8–12 business days for the card to arrive once it has been ordered (not including weekends). Keep a close eye on your mail—the card is delivered in a nondescript white envelope which can be easy to miss!
- Once your new virtual card is issued, any funds located in your Uber Wallet will automatically transfer to your Uber Pro Card account.
Branch is not a bank. Banking services are provided by Lead Bank, Member FDIC and Evolve Bank & Trust, Member FDIC, which are Branch’s bank partners. The name of the bank partner for your account is listed on the back of your debit card and can also be found in the Branch App under “Your Account Information”. FDIC insurance only applies to eligible accounts should the bank holding your funds fail. Branch Mastercard Debit Cards are issued by Evolve Bank & Trust or Lead Bank, Member FDIC, as applicable, pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted.
